Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eddgame. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the steps you can take to request a return or exchange. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process:
Return Eligibility: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact. Certain items such as clearance or final sale products may not be eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending the item back to us.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in processing your order.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not in stock, we will offer a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items: Some items may not be eligible for a return, including but not limited to opened electronics, personalized or custom items, and gift cards. Please review the product description or contact customer service to confirm return eligibility before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
